So 2 things about this Mary Poppins thing.
1 - I dont get why in other threads certain cats are clowning it and trynna compare it to a blockbuster movies? Also who are these so called people here in the coli that was over praising it and acting like it was gonna be anything bigger than what it was? Like do these movies even have the same audience? Searched and didnt even find a thread on here about this movie. So fukk what Mistletoe334 said on twitter about this vs another movie not sure whats so funny
2 - Why use this as a tool to clown Disney and low key tie in other fans (Marvel, StarWars, Pixars, etc fans) like said fans actually give a fukk or it hurts. Like fans of certain properties under WB really care last year when King Author or Blade Runner flopped? Or this year Paddington and Tomb Raider?

Cuz I hear that “they said Mary Poppins was supposed to crush blockbuster films” but since it didn’t the others are laughing, clowning it or flaunting/celebrating some huge victory and I was curious on who “they” was
I was about as confused as @Zero is everytime someone says “Disney stans this, they mad, take this L”
So yea.... this how I stumbled on this thread as this is about as close to a buzz or interest in Mary Poppins on the coli.
