Good afternoon Coli Family. I made it to Belize for the first time since 2017. Actually came here to file for my citizenship.
:blessed:
The way the world and US is going, I think it’s wise for my family and I to have another passport. Citizenship means social security number, means I can create a bank account and not have the Feds know.
If I open an account in Belize now, the US has an agreement with most countries to where it must be reported. They want all the money
:why:
Other benefits are I can apply for free land, and not have to pay taxes when I stamp in and out. We were under contract for a half acre on the water in Punta Gorda in 2018 but pulled out when the title had issues. Got most of our money back. If we were to buy here now, it would be in Placencia which is a cool little spot not in the cayes.
:ehh:
I’ll be back home on Friday. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. From 2013-2016 I was out here 3 times a year as a single man flippin products and enjoying the country. Probably been here 30 times in my life. We would come here once a year when I was a child. Since I been married, the trips stopped.

I’ll try to post pics of PG.

what kinds of products were you flipping? do you feel like Belize is overall a much better place to raise kids (especially black/brown ones)? finally, any concerns about climate change / sea level rise affecting Belize?

I was flipping burner phones, buy for $20 and sell for $50, clothing, Victoria Secret, and cars. Mainly funded my trips. Not real money.

Belize would be nice. I don’t know if my girls (4 and 1) would face any problems as American children. I believe the Belizean school system is great. I have cousins who graduated early in Belize and got their degrees in the States with ease. I’m talking engineers and computer science majors. I feel as though raising black children in Belize would be a good experience. The cream always rises to the top.

Yes, climate change is a major concern. I wouldn’t buy any land on the coast. I remember jumping off a bridge maybe 30 meter from the coast as a child. It was a 20-30 foot drop in the 90’s. Now, the drop is significantly lower.

If you want to pass land to your legacies, I wouldn’t invest too close to the coast.

Have you met Shyne?
Shyne is big time in Belize. Probably our future President if he is still in politics. His Dad was President for a few terms.

I haven’t met him. I know a few politicians from his party though. I might could bump into him one day if I pressed and he was down South.

Hello, TJ Simpson with Dirtbags Assembled. Can you go into length about any encounters you have possibly had with the women of Belize, more notably shapes and figures?
Belize has a range of women. Creole, Spanish, black/garifuna, Maya, and coolie.

Creole women are nice. Probably the best looking of the bunch. Bodies are cool. You don’t have too many heavy ass women though though. Face cards are nice.

Spanish are cool. A bit boxy with the figures though.

Garifuna have the best bodies but face cards are hit and miss.

Coolie are pretty but mid bodies and they really don’t mix with foreigners too much.

Maya maya gyals are boxy. They cook and clean though and will be loyal to you while you are here.
