Yeah bruh i hate to say it but you in the wrong here. Im pretty damn sure that its been beaten into them to not touch those recycle bins, in fact they are usually some weird colors like yellow and blue, to make sure the trash man doesnt touch them. Its probably automatic termination or some other reprimand for touching them.

na. me emptying a bunch of bags from one container to another is a bunch of work. all i had to do was wait around this morning.
