I actually like the rule, as long as the delivery is correct.

So i'd approach her in an adult manner and wonder if she was any kind of woman that she could at least give a reason for blowing you off. Assuming she replies i'd slip the dikk pic in at the end of the convo in a "Well if you ever get your life together this will be waiting on you..." type way. That way its still an open-ended way for you to possibly end up wining the war.
