i stayed at the motif hotel which was in the best possible location imo (downtown seattle). a few blocks away from pike place market and right in the middle of all the shopping. it literally felt like new york where i was staying
next time im going to seattle im driving up to vancouver and im going during the summer, i wanna go kayaking and on the beach, hiking in the mountains...while i was there it was pretty cold. high in the low 50's
california segregated as fukk. so there are a lot of almost exclusively black neighborhoods in certain cities. of course overall population in most cities got more mexicans. i think mexicans living in the same hood as blacks is starting to become more common than it was in the 90s when i grew up.I don't know how you Californian nikkas do it
Every neighborhood I've ever lived in here has been 98% black
Y'all whole state 50% Mexican and only 6.5% black
although for example in vallejo where most of my family is from. blacks moved up in socioeconomic status and moved into other neighborhoods with more expensive houses. their old neighborhoods are now filled with mexicans.

This is what happened to Compton for the most part....the majority of the black families moved out to Corona, Riverside, Fontana, Moreno Valley and Palmdale when alot of those affordable track homes popped up.....
