I made some air fried honey Sriracha (sauce from scratch) drummettes and a kale salad with a parmesan lemon vinaigrette dressing (from scratch).same here
I had air fryer for the last 2 months and it's one of the best investments I ever made.
I just made salmon, onions, asparagus, broccoli, slice of bell peppers and tomatoes
with
1 cup of rice and 3 cups of cabbage on the side
delicious and super healthy
I think I lost about 12 pounds so far
might as well throw some hash browns in there next time
