I don't believe in freedom of speech when that speech is used to fuel harm to others. That is a very fine line that was not addressed in the Amendments. I can technically say I want to kill all Hispanics and give instructions on what people should do if they see Hispanics because I have every right to say so, but not every right to cause harm to them. According to Freedom of Speech that is perfectly fine. I haven't killed anyone, but I have fueled a person who may feel like the next step is to physically harm them. Before the actual KKK was formed white people across the south would have rallies that preached about how blacks destroyed their society and what to do if you see them. That eventually led to the forming of an organization who's sole purpose was to kill African Americans. This is my problem with Freedom of Speech. It can lead to dangerous consequences

That is a valid comparison seeing as that is the argument many pedophiles use, I am not technically harming the children in those photos but simply getting off to them, So I am not harming anyone.
