Did the break up come as a shock to her? Maybe that's what you did wrong breh. Some emotionally unstable/vulnerable women can't take that. Instead you have to create some distance between y'all so she slowly gets acclimated to the thought that the relationship is dying. Won't come as a shock to her.

If you legit fear that she'll harm herself, then you should probably not leave her alone right now.
