Sup brehs I been lifting weights for a while but only just now got protein powder into the mix (tryin to bulk heavy this year)...anybody mess with this syntha6?? Ive seen some conflictin shyt bout daily intake nd how many scoops to use, how much milk/water.

School me. thanks.

nikkas is off protein shakes skipper, just eat tuna and chicken breast, you know REAL protein, not that powder bullshyt thats only 10% actual protein

Yeah that's my go to protein. Tastes great too. I take 2 scoops in 8 0z milk after a workout

eggs/oats/wholemeal toast for morning

tuna/chicken/ground/beef wit some BBQ sizzauce
white rice/white potatoes rest of day EVERYDAY

Basically what it says on the tub is 1 scoop 4oz....but most places online says for best results 2 scoops 8oz...which is the reason I wanted to check with yall.

How many calories and how much protein do you want? Serving sizes only matter in the scheme of your overall nutritional plan. If you don't have a nutritional plan, what are you even doing messing with supplements? Make sure your priorities are in line.

I personally love Sythna 6 because of the taste and because it has fat and fiber and slow digesting protein along with the standard whey. Helps me get more calories for bulking when all I want is protein shake, and the taste is amazing so it is enjoyable rather than a chore to drink

I have a single scoop for breakfast along with my cereal and milk. Seems to give me enough energy for a morning workout an hour later. At a different point in the day, I make a blender shake meal which tastes amazing:

16 oz 2% milk
21 grams honey
60 grams quick oats
33 grams peanut butter
1 scoop Chocolate Milkshake Syntha 6

935 calories, 37 g fat, 102 g carbs, 52g protein

Never messed with a nutritional plan but i eat healthy enough (i think)

3 eggs on wholemeal toast every morning (early I start work at 7am)

10am food truck arrives nd il munch a chicken/bacon pastry (i know this shyts no good but fukk it)

11.30 break time assortment of fruit usually banana, apple, orange...sometimes a breakfast bar

2.30 late lunch break...tuna wrap wit peppers onions lettuce etc

Finish work....work out usually 5 til 6.15ishh

Then for dinner on a basic day il av a couple chicken breast wholemeal pasta vegetables u kno the deal

This is a decent daily meal plan but I'm not sure it is enough calories if you are looking to bulk heavy. I can't really say for sure without more investigation but it sounds like you are only eating around 2000 calories per day. Good for a sedentary person trying to maintain their weight, but not good for bulking.

I am up to 3400 calories per day and aiming for gaining pound per week, which is probably the minimum that I would consider for a bulking phase. If I was truly looking to bulk hard and worry about cutting later I would probably be eating closer to 4000

Long story short, that Syntha 6 aint gonna help you much whether it is 1 scoop or 2 scoops if you don't start tracking your calorie intake to make sure you are eating enough. You will just be running in circles. Might see small gains, but not much.

This is all just guessing from my keyboard though, only you know what your body is doing at the moment I don't have enough information.

For me personally, the two scoops is a too clumpy for me, I would just do two scoops separately.
