This game may have the best ending of any final fantasy game.
This doesn’t exist to me. Never played it and never will. The series ended when Yuna told me to never forget them.

I actually forgot about this one. It's definitely going on the list and should actually be the one I play next.
I expected X-2 to be a serious exploration of love and loss. Instead, it was a girl power anime.
Also a story about the politics of the world when the savior is disillusioned with everything

FF12 story was good but you can tell thy left a lot out. The story they told was kind of stupid, and later they said they changed the protagonists (Balthier was supposed to be the star). If you play Final Fantasy Tactics and Vagrant Story, FF12 is a much better game.
Battle system was great for the time it was released. But the game is a stat manipulation,min/max game more than most FF games. There's no difference between the characters.

Final Fantasy X is pure story and you can't say you truly played and beaten this game if you didn't tear up at the ending.
-Seymour has one of the coldest villain theme in the series
-Tidus, Rikku, and Lulu was the squad
-That Auron twist
-The Lady Yunalesca battle was the real deal, one of the only times I've played Final Fantasy games and I died so many deaths! You knew you were in for a fight!
The only FF game that comes close to the level of story and gameplay of FFX in my opinion was Final Fantasy XIII-2.
Noel and Serah's journey was pure Final Fantasy.
