Literally don’t understand what is so hard to grasp about that and in many cases we don’t even share communities with white people the way we do Hispanics. In a lot of the conservative areas where blacks are struggling, the whites are struggling too where as in liberal strongholds like San Francisco and Chicago, other races are prospering while black people are struggling and in hispanic strongholds like Miami it’s even worse.
