Good looks for the info. Gonna keep this in mind and probably wait around the day of and hope to luck up on some good seats :salute:

No doubt. I just checked and those same seats are at minimum $600 :wow: I lucked tf up.

Some seats are further back but still $700. And everything in the center is $800 n up, even up top.

So yea for the best deal check day of, during the week shows, and alone :pachaha: or get her to pay half :pachaha:

Your teachers failed you - no shade just facts

Shakespeare has some of the best plays and poems ever made
Just curious but why? It's such a random hate lol. You even hate stories and movies based on Shakespeare? Cuz there's a lot.

I can't relate to nothing from the 1500s :mjlol: .Stupid ass old cacs and all that (Thou, Shallt, Come Forth ass shyt :trash:) All them poems and stories was goofy. In 12th grade my english teacher had us doing work about Macbeth. Hated that shyt 😡

You more of a madea type?
fukk outta here :russ: . I don't like plays at all. Last play I seen was Lion King in NYC. shyt was boring af. I was sleep the whole time :deadrose:

I'd love to see Denzel in this role. I'm assuming Gyllenhaal is Iago??

Othello is my favorite work by Shakespeare. Lawrence Fishburne did his thing years ago in the movie version.

OAN, Othello is the ultimate cautionary tales for resident PAWGers, but I digress.

With age, I've found the language of Shakespeare really is not that hard to follow now as an adult as it was when I was learning it in high school and college.

You trippin. It’s a very modern story and they gave it a modern feel. They even dressed in normal attire outside of the military uniforms

Guess what song they played at intermission…

Judging by the thread creation date, we were probably at the same show ran into Jesse Williams at the let out. :pachaha:

I hate anything that has to do with Shakespeare :yeshrug:

Don’t know why brehs are chiding you for not liking all that iambic pentameter shyt confounded with old language but I’m in the same boat. I went cuz it was cool to see Denzel and Jake in this setting. The story itself is good but that extra shyt doesn’t enhance the enjoyment for me, it detracts from it.
