Makes sense. Making Juneteenth a federal holiday was part of Trump's "Platinum Plan". It's also a state holiday in Texas and since most of the DC politicians from Texas are Republicans + Juneteenth is technically part of GOP history, make sense there is a Texas GOP co-sponser to the bill.
