Mongolia has had plague on and off for years. It's because of the crushing poverty of the country. Also the geography and weather, it's very difficult to farm in Mongolia. So people have to eat whatever they can get their hands on, including rodent type animals that carry plague. Marmots and such. shyt even Genghis Khan grew up so poor as a boy that he sometimes had to eat rats. That's usually how they get outbreaks of plague, from people eating rodents.

It isn't like China and eating all the weird shyt that they do. You can understand why in desperation Mongols have to eat whatever they hunt down. China is a wealthy country and a fertile country that grows plenty of food. They have no excuse for the :scust: shyt they do
