No I didn’t make this up. Barack has been putting Julian on for years. He was one of the youngest members of inner circle, Obama made him HUD secretary at a young age for this reason. Barack absolutely loves Julian.

In my brief interaction with Latinos, I don’t believe a Mexican could ever win nationwide. He definitely could change the map but not enough to overcome the prejudices.
A smaller Central American country could. Puerto Rican/DR and Cuban are no go too.
