3 million might have been his budget for a multi album deal. So if it was 3 albums it would be 1 million advance per album. And that goes to making the album, promoting it, videos etc. He doesn't just pocket 3 million. And even if he did its not even close to enough to OWN and operate private jet. The cheapest jets start at around 3 million to buy.
