He was one of the first "Swag" rappers. He didn't have bars but he brought energy to the song.

He was offkey like an outdated fatboi legion member, from 1993.
His whole style was dated and a waste of time to invest in as a listener.
The epitome of an outdated wack style that got over via marketing of dipset's clothing gear aesthetic to appeal to and look younger because of a larger clothing size.
Which later they would streamline and scale down to the most copied look in the world pretty much.

As a matter of fact, juelz was dipset's bridge the gap teen rap to adult rapper.
who never really made it over that exact hump appeal wise.
As it relates, to the younger crowd.
as his earlier draw would indicate as well.
If, juelz was skilled enough.
he would still been a solid draw despite a long hiatus inbetween projects.

Juelz was what if mc brains was a gangsta rapper and wore a bandanna.
Yet had an inferior dipset style technical base that would never translate past effective marketing.
