Tanka saved them, lineup was prob flat after that defeat but he shut them out and we got the 1hr from Bird. I think if Severino isn't gonna be a choker and just had one bad game vs Minny we can win tomorrow but then Im thinking on his normal rest we might not hit Kluber and then well look back like we would've won in 4 if girardi didn't fukk up

Sound sound sound
Buster olney was just on mike and mike and basically said he knows joe doesn't even want to be the manager of the Yankees...and thinks hes just gonna walk away from the job in the off season...even if he weren't in talks of getting fired

My Pops Forever RIP
Low key I want girardi fired and A Rod installed as manager
Even if it made sense, Yankees never wanna give him another check. They’ll pop bottles once this contract he still has is finally expired.

Besides he got it too good right now. He works a handful of weeks out of the year and spends the rest of his time counting his money and getting toppy from J. Lo. Managing would be a burden for him.

Yeah theres no way theyre helping Arod, even though I could see him being a good manager, he definetley knows baseball and would probably put in max effort but not only the yanks dont want to help him, the media hates him, theyd be on him for evey little non issue, theyd prob criticize his in game decisions in spring training games where they used to let torre get away with blowing 3-0 leads in the alcs to the sox. of course if he managed the mets he would probably get a fairer shake from the media, until he fukked up and then hed be out on a rail like randolph. and even there, the minute he did anything wrong, "hes actually a yankee" mets fans are obsessed with that shyt,, randoplh even played for the mets, grew up a mets fan, had a winning record every season, now i think he shouldve gotten fired cause they blew that huge division lead but the way they did it, after a win? and you flew him out to cali? and all of a sudden when he blew the lead, get this yankee out of here, lol inferiority complex, probably not the best city for arod to manage in

I agree, and it's a shame that the steinbrenners have it out for him. He was well respected by the younger players on the team last year and I'm sure guys like judge/Sanchez/bird would look up to him. Plus he's very knowledgeable about the game. It would also make the Yanks public enemy #1 in baseball which I would relish
