JUDGE ORDERS MASTER P. TO PAY ESTRANGED WIFE $825K IN CHILD AND SPOUSAL SUPPORT

The legal battle between Master P and his estranged wife Sonya Miller has gotten beyond messy. There have been allegations of drug abuse. She sued her son Romeo, believing that her husband was using him to hide assets from her. The children had to speak on the state of their parents’ marriage. It’s been pretty bad.

But yesterday, TMZ reported that Sonya emerged victorious in this round of court proceedings. The judge presiding over they child and spousal support cases ordered that Master P. pay his wife $825,000. That amount is the rapper-mogul’s salary for season 2 of his reality show “Master P’s Family Empire.”

(Can we just pause here to reflect on the size of Master P’s pockets right now?! This is what he gets in one season!)

According to court documents, the amount will cover back child support as well as spousal support payments. The judge also said the amount will also be used to secure future support.

Sonya has been saying for years that Master P has refused to give her anything in support, though she is still raising their younger children and was there while he built the No Limit empire, which is estimated at $200 million.

The judge also ordered that Master P pay Sonya’s lawyer $15,000.

Interesting, indeed.
