Ever wondered why if someone gets sued they name the person and company? Two different things. I don't believe the government can make someone sell their business(es) to appease a judgment. Ironically, citation was provided for that theory.

if someone can't pay you can force them into bankruptcy and then the trustee can sell the business to pay you.

Breh, you need to learn reading comprehension. It's simple:


1) If somebody sues your BUSINESS (let's say SMS audio), they cannot take your PERSONAL assets... House, car etc...

2) If somebody sues YOU (or you file PERSONAL bankruptcy), they CAN take money / assets from your businesses. PERIOD.

yes and no. if it's a corp, they can only if you own enough shares to control the corp. and the trustee will decide what's the best option i think. so it's kind of indirect. they (the person suing) can't just grab the assets from the business like that. there's a whole process to it. but eventually, it could turn out that way.

Learn to read. I said you don't know what he would do. Not anything about what he would have to do in order to reach that level financially. There's a reason those 3 were able to touch that much money, and it wasn't just star power(which fif had more of at the height of his career). And I'm far from a 50 stan.
