shyt really isnt a comparison then. this dude deserves to get held accountable for the accident, the sentence was disgusting. buts its STILL an accident

The 14 year old black boy punched somebody in the face and the person fell on the ground, hit his head on something hard and died. The judge gave that 14 year old kid ten years in jail. That wasn't premeditated murder. It was an accident too. You think that 8th grade kid meant for that boy to die? Yet he's rotting away in jail.

That's a shame. It's not surprising that a black kid would get 10yrs for a fight (which resulted in a death, not condoning it) and a white boy can kill and permanently injure others and basically get off.
10 yrs aint bad for murder....esp for a black murder....bad example IMO, because the kid still is a murderer ....now if she sentenced somebody for a non violent crime then we can argue

Anderson Cooper said it at 1:25 seconds. The 14 yo kid killed somebody after punching them too hard in a fight. Got 10 years in jail.

I think that's second degree murder, the boy didn't mean too kill that guy, but because he's poor and black they threw the book at him, and gave that rich white boy a slap on the wrist!!!

That's not second degree murder, that's Reckless Homicide (Manslaughter), at least it should be. Murder requires a showing of Malice, in this case "an intent to cause grievious bodily harm". A punch to the face is NOT "intent to cause grievious bodily harm", kid should've been guilty of NO MORE than Reckless Homicide
