i dunno, i think it looks better than the first one. the first one wasn't dark enough and was a little too "epic" of a story (you got dredd being sent away, then rico taking over, all the higher judges getting killed, most of the street judges killed as well, love interest thrown in, comedic sidekick, etc. it was too much). this one seems like it'll set up for more than one movie. plus it feels a bit grittier...

The original was actually entertaining plus that sh1t had Diann Lane in it too people just sh1t on it because dredd didnt have his helmet on the whole movie
