Boggles my mind that Cryme Tyme never won the tag titles even after winning so many #1 contenders matches.

Then they decided to break them up, :what: Then they had a strap match on a ppv sponsored by KFC(I ain't say it was racist, that's your mind thinking that!)

I feel like the Uso's may be going down that same road, as in never getting the chance to be tag champions after being with the company for so long.

Yeah, the Cryme Tyme shyt was weird... I remember reading something around that time, and it kinda rings true not just for them but a few others from around the mid-2000s. It said the creative team were kinda like kids with new toys. At first, they're excited and want to do all kinds of things with the new toy... then after they're done playing, they don't have any more use for them. I would say Cryme Tyme were a prime example of that.

I wouldn't even put The Usos in the same light as Cryme Tyme tho'- I don't think they ever really took off unfortunately. They've kinda always been at the bottom of the tag "division". Maybe not Hawkins & Reks low, but not much higher. With Cryme Tyme, they were being put in segments/matches with top stars one month and barely on TV the next. :dwillhuh:

- Following the WWE talent receiving their bonuses for WrestleMania, it is said that a lot of people on the roster know where they stand with the company. As previously reported, JTG's Twitter rant from Monday night was reportedly triggered by the WrestleMania 28 payoffs being lower than usual. Many of the talents were upset, considering the show was so successful.

JTG being mad about the WrestleMania 28 payoff... is like Samoa Joe being mad about the WrestleMania 28 payoff.

And at this point, Joe had a better chance of being on the show than JTG did.

Was he even apart of WM 28?

This dude needs to know his role and SHUT....his mouth.

He's making 6 figs easily and bonuses from big PPV's...even if the payoff was only a few G's, he should be happy.

How many of you bought or attended WM 28 to see JTG? :mjpls:

Are the big PPV bonuses given for non performers (guys that didn't perform on the PPV in question)?

I wouldn't stream WM 28 to see JTG:lolbron:

I'd like to think everyone on the roster gets a cut of WM at least. Dont know about the other PPV's.

I wouldn't turn on the TV to see JTG. :leostare:

I think JTG imrpoved when he broke away from Shad (sp). He was already showin' potential as a singles wrestler in Cryme Tyme. He was doin' his thing on SD and SuperStars for a minute before they randomly turned him heel. Got way less tv time and stuck on NXT :snoop:

He was actually gettin' time to wrestle back then. He held his own against Jericho too. I honestly think duke is a decent wrestler :manny:

I agree that he needs to change his character. That gangsta shyt just ain't cuttin' it.

Pat Patteron "push" list though breh? :comeon:

He'd be better off findin' someone high up that needs a liftin' partner :mjpls:

"Lifting partner," Patterson "push" list, hell it all comes out or should we say "goes in" the same way :sad:

Come on now, "lifting partners at a gym" fool please..... yeah I guess that's the new name for it...:duck:

Hey they could have even took off with a knock off of the Team-extreme/TNA with Trish feud from 2000 with an upcoming Eve joining them back in 09 with the new Hart Foundation and Natalya, they had some nice matches together, given Eve's greeness then (and she was still better than Kelly even at that point smh)

hey danj when are you going to update your 90s website btw?:youngsabo:

Hold the fukk up,b.lol. Punk goes on multiple diatribes bashing the WWE during the later portion of 2011, and that equates to pipe bombs? Yet, JTG has legitimate gripes about the treatment of lower card performers, and that equates to bytchin'? Let your employer short change you on your annual bonus, and then proceed to talk to me afterwards.lol.

Let's be real here, this is a lose-lose situation. Moreover, If JTG remained complacent:
"That nikkas a c00n. How do you let some cac punk you out of money that's rightfully yours? :pacspit:" Conversely, if JTG continues to complain: "You should be happy you're employed! And to think, you have the honor of working for the same company that H.B. GOAT once worked for. :pacspit:"
