I only watched the first 46 minutes so far, but I was wondering why this movie flopped & has such bad reviews.

Because of the people on the cover like he said and also because it went over a lot of people's heads. Sometimes it takes things a while to catch on. Happens with flicks more often than not.

What's wrong with the 3 people on the cover?
They weren't stars then man. Rachel maybe was the biggest of the three and even she wasn't that big. And also the IP itself. Who's Josie and the p*ssycats for? That's something my mom grew up on and I only caught in reruns. And those three people aren't going to get my mom to pay money to see it. Shyt I don't know if anyone her age at the time would've even cared that the movie existed.

3 uninteresting actresses. They were all in their primes at that time but all are middle of the pack at best..actually Rosario is middle of the pack and the other 2 are bottom of the barrel. Its one of those eye candy flicks you watch just to look at some girls for 2 hours.
The crazy CEO chick can get it too.
This movie went over so many people's heads. 
Omg C2e2 ended today and last year I went as Valerie. Although i kept being called Josie it was still awesome!
