No clue. I just know in most states the girl is technically legal & Oklahoma's one. It's 18 in more states than I thought though from your map so you could cross fingers he slipped up, I wouldn't hold breath on anything though

for those going on about 16 is legal in some states, please keep in mind in some of those states they’re only allowed to give consent to someone no more than 2 years older than them…read of a few cases with student athletes getting in trouble being 19-20 and getting involved with someone 16…don’t know if OK is one of those states assuming that’s where this is rumored to have happened
