In playoffs Allen looked like the QB I think he is. Top 12 but far cry from top 3. I think this contract is borderline ridiculous

It’s not gonna be ridiculous in a couple of years when more QBs keep getting signed. Every new QB contract makes the previous one seem more regular.

Exactly. Better to make a long term deal now then run the risk of having to pay him even more in a year or two. I'm curious what we are going to give Lamar since Allen's number will be the new starting point
