He's too unathletic relatively to play the two. Either roll with him or Tyus at the point. You cant have them both out there at the same time. BU im guessing the front office knows this and it wasn't about putting out optimal line ups. It was more give people run. Even Bilal starting is a reps thing to get him defensive reps because on offense the team is playing four on five. And on defense they simply set screens and peel him off his assignment. Kispert shoud have been the starting two guard. His defense as mid as it is is still better than Pooles.
Poole Tyus and Kuzma have had roles on championship teams so they aren't people you just cut simply because you are unhappy with how they are doing when not in the same role. The best course is retain them, be patient and replace them as starters/ A starting lineup with Tyus Poole and kuz is sus, but a bench with them is a high level team. It'd be foolish to dump them, rebuild and then starting to look high and low and give up assets to get useable players
