He's a dumbazz. He never had any leverage. Mike Wallace actually had some leverage if he was willing to hold out actual games. Pitt has expectations of winning. Jags didnt win with MJD and have low expectations. Even if he held out games they wouldnt care.

That nikka had no plans on missing the season, they never do. Because if u dont play you forfeit those game checks unless you're injured due to a football related incident. So he either gets paid his 4 or 5 milli or get nothing. Thats why owners almoat always stick to their guns.

Man shut the fukk up, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. MJD signed a front loaded contract that WASN'T his rookie deal. He still has 2 years on his deal and had absolutely no leverage in the situation. He was going to come back before the regular season either way, he's not that dumb.

Making $5 mil is better than nothing which is what he would got if he kept holding out. He doesn't have many years of peak earnings left so he has to get what he can get while he can get it. He tried to get a new deal it didnt' work and now he'll try to get by on $5 mil. I sure hope he's able to feed his family.

Ya, he was the leading rusher last season... but we won 5 damn games lol.
that being said, im glad he is back, hopefully he has a good season. He is a beast and Jennings seems to be a nice compliment and our passing game should be much improved.
