Dana is going to run UFC into the ground:francis:

Khabib most likely retires
Jj wants out
I have a feeling after DC and stipe retire he's gone fukk up the heavyweight division
Didn't the 135 champ just retire?
Hell at this point I think even Conor gives no fukks

Dana you fukking up:ufdup:

Dana White entire UFC 249 card cost him $3.6 million in payouts. The event generated 700k PPV buys at $70 each. Do The Math. Why won't he pay Jones?

Dana is killing it with that "working class" reputation, it's usually what people pull up when you ask for bread. The NFL and NBA are too big to get away with that + everyone knows the player salaries but the UFC is kinda built off that after work meets me at the bar, we grab a drink and watch the fight mentality and it works well since it has a blue-collar image.

And look at the fighters, mostly cacs with tats with little education so it's a good hustle for a dude at the top, he makes make major bread and eat off that blue-collar mentality and image.

^^All facts.

I'd add that the fighters who are worth a damn been put on game: it's all about the superfight. Build your career up until you can threaten retirement if you don't get one. Then "retire" (again) once you do get one.
  • McGregor holding up however many divisions just for the Mayweather fight
  • GSP only coming back for a "superfight" vs a trashass Bisping who held up the division waiting
  • Jones calling out Lesnar for the pay day immediately after beating DC the 2nd time. Them two had it all mapped out but Jones popped/got suspended again.
  • Mighty Mouse quit due to being denied big money fights and ppv points
  • Cejudo "retiring" but you know his ass will be back if he can secure the big fights he been asking for
  • Jones now walking-out on the UFC until he gets the payday with Francis, who similar to Lesnar was playing his part in the build up.
Even Mayweather and Khabib were trying to test the water at one point, and you can tell Khabib is about done with the company.

This growing pattern of continually having your top fighters disgruntled with one foot out the door because of pay issues...

..at some point the product is gonna suffer and shyt will hit the fan

Here’s the thing though..... and I’m not saying this is the one and only answer.

But I do feel like for a wake up call.

Things would truly open Dana and Co’s eyes if y’all niccas started taking Bellatar more seriously.

Like hear me out.

Anytime someone threatens to leave or signs to Belletar, Dana is like

giphy.gif

Just laughs and doesn’t take it seriously cuz y’all don’t.

But I’m sure the moment their competition starts getting some of their audience and looked at on a more even level, that dude would have take a step back or at minimum with everyone knowing “he” probably is the problem...... the real owners would have to take a second look at him personally

Yes because the good fighter want money, they want boxing money and can't get it and will complain. You got it right about Cejudo he said he wants to do real estate and other ventures, you know he's not happy with money either and those UFC injuries are serious for that payout. Conor had to really have a strong outside presence to get money, even when he lost to Khalib he told Khalib it's just business, Conor learned alot on how to promote yourself but the UFC ceiling is only so high.

On top of that you got Mayweather getting 100 million for a fight and cacs mad that he's not aggressive enough.

I even think Stylebender and Woodley in a sense know the UFC ain't worth it and just play defense all fight to play safe and to avoid injury.

UFC fans love Cowboy who will break his body for a check and hate the strategic guys who wanna play safe. It's a slippery slope, fighters don't want to get hurt while getting paid and the UFC is about "fighting".

Man, Dana looks like a dude you see at Hooters after-work drinking a cheap draft and having some wings, the guy looks perfect for that company, blue-collar, not really intellectual and can get away and hide behind the culture.

I don’t think boxing is dead..... but barring the bigger superfights it’s not as big as it used to be.

Like key thing...... it’s alleged that Jon said he wants “WILDER MONEY”

That ain’t the same thang or anything close to say Gerald Washington money:russ:

We gotta keep things in perspective

only Wilder, Fury, and Joshua really getting broken off like that and maybe a handful of other top guys/champs

Couple of lying bullshytters calling each other out.

At the end of the day, UFC got unionize. Push Dana out. Simple as that. UFC sold for 4.025 Billion 4 years ago and fighters are still getting a 10/90 cut on a good day worse on a bad day.

I think he’s bluffing

He probably is but it also isn’t wrong that he got no one really appealing left to fight in his division.

A combination of the UFC hasn’t really done a great job of highlighting/elevating the top contenders (he ain’t beat) in his division and they really haven’t done a lot to stand out and look like they a solid “NEXT”.

Like he cleaned out his division, beating these guys that barely even make the main card gonna have most fans like :russell:, does nothing for him and destroys they younger guys

Alls really left for him is a few superfight HW fights or the fight with the MW champ (who’s barking wolf tickets now but really don’t want that fight for now).

He probably really doesn’t want to go, but what else out there is there?

Dana would grow a full head of hair before they unionize
