Jonathan Majors is probably the most exciting actor to come along this decade. [ARTICLE]

After watching Harder They Fall I gotta give Majors his props. He’s a really good actor.

The only thing that’s left is for him to play a real menacing villain. Which should happen with Kang

he's going to be in the next creed flick with michael b jordan...he will prolly be the antagonist for that

Heard an interview with him and his backstory is interesting - dad disappeared on the family, mom struggled a lot, as a kid he was getting himself arrested for stealing and kicked out of school for fighting, found drama to get his life straight and ends up graduating from Yale.

Lakeith Stanfield runs circles around Jonathan Major as far as acting skill IMO.

Concentric circles. Quickly. Thick lines.... it's not even close.

Stanfield is still tops imo. Majors is good but Damson might have next depending on the roles he gets or picks

What has Stansfield done that so amazing? I like him but I don’t think he has the range. All his characters seem to be a bit eccentric save for the Issa Rae movie and the time he played Snoop Dogg (:mjlol:)

He was a thug in Dope and was the main villain and The Harder They Fall he wasn’t eccentric and was fire in that too.

And I saw a bad movie he was in with Gina Rodriguez, Someone Great. He was actually a good love interest in that.

It's hard to quantify these things because ultimately it comes down to taste. I would just say that I find his performances more convincing and enjoyable.

I really don’t see the hype with LaKeith. He’s good in those little eccentric niche roles but i had a hard time taking him serious in the photograph. Same with Issa.

Johnathan majors pulls off eccentric and straight man. Way more range.

Man, so excited for that. He already killed it on Loki, but when he portrays the more serious, evil variant of Kang in Ant-Man 3…it’s really gonna be on then.:wow:
