It might not seem like it but wrestling shines with some sort of structure. I'm watching this GLEAT wrestling show now and the whole show is using UWFi rules. What I've seen so far has been good and it keeps the matches engaging too. I've time stamped the first match.
The second match is tag rules featuring Minoru Suzuki, and the third match is a women's bout. Good matches too, they might hook you more than the first match. I think you'll be into it if you're a MMA fan or wrestling fan that likes the more grounded stuff. All their shows don't use these rules though, sometimes it's just a featured match on the card. I like randomly checking out matches on youtube. There's a lot of good stuff. There's so much wrestling around the world. I don't think I'll ever stop being a fan of the actual art of wrestling.
Anyway, I appreciate what Gresham's putting together and hope it turns out well.
