That's what (certain) steroids are. They repair your muscle faster so you can train double time with out causing your body to be sore. Think about going to the gym maxing out on everything taking the roids and going back the next day all fresh and repaired not feeling any body aches.

I think Silva should've moved up to 205 around the time he beat Griffin, he looks better at that weight to be honest.
