He got guillontined by Jon Jones....not Gustaffson.

Gustaffson cannot beat Lyoto Machida. That's why he's using the "Chael Sonnen Art Of Getting Championship Fights" rather than proving he's really the 2nd best Light Heavy out there and taking a fight with Teixeira or Cormier....hell even Rashad or Phil Davis:camby:

That's right he LOST to Phil Davis already via anaconda choke:umad:

Chael Sonnen art of fighting? What the hell are you talking about? Many ppl believe he won that fight. There was no finish. There was no definitive decision. It came down to the final seconds. Any other situation calls for an immediate money rematch. Why is it different this time? Why should Gus take another fight when hes guarantee the next shyt. Makes no sense.

Edit: I see your repping. Nvm breh

How do you duck someone you already fought and beat though?:what:

Also, did Gus lose to Phil Davis or not?:mjpls:

No way does Gus beat Lyoto Machida, and he already LOST to Jon Jones and Phil Davis....but he's supposed to be a real threat?:dahell:

Using the "Chael Sonnen Art Of Obtaining Title Fights" is garbage. Earn your way back to the top by beating another good Light Heavy:ufdup:

1st time I watched jones/gus I thought it was close but gave it to jones, watched it a second time like I was being paid to judge and still have jones winning. Especially the 4th round were jones had gus hurt and wobbling around, damn round could of been 10-8

"duck duck jones" :russ:

I mean there are plenty of 205'ers for him to fight anyway. Why bother going heavyweight?
cuz he says hes sick of all the big dawgs being saved for him. This is a guy that wants no part of cormier or a rematch with gus .Other than those 2 who else is there again phil davis? rumble johnson? :pachaha:i'd hardly call that plenty

I wouldn't mind seeing him move up for a few non-title/contender fights, as long as he doesn't have to vacate the belt, but he should stay at 205 if he can comfortably make weight.
I wana see him match up against Dos Santos's hands and Struve's bjj.

Cormier beats him at 205 imo :manny:

and im a big fan of Bones
DC's wrestling is better than Jones', but I'm curious to see how he deals with the reach. Time and time again we have heard people say this guy will beat Jones (I was saying that with Glover:shaq2:), but anyone that isn't his height, with his reach, seems to be unable to match him. Gustafsson had a unique combo of similar reach and good boxing, but Cormier's striking seems to be more MMA-based than purer boxing. That being said I hope he lands one of those awkward crane/axe kicks and lays Jones flat. That would be:banderas::banderas::banderas:

DC is a smart fighter for not having much time in the game. He picks his shots well and manages distance well too. His superior wrestling will negate that reach as well. Jones ues his length to a degree, but he loves to fight in the clinch, and if he does that against DC hes gonna be on his back.

Which is why I can't wait for DC to fight him. Just gotta get through Hendo first. I wonder if Hendo gets TKO'd again?
