he tested positive BEFORE the fight, but i dont know how long it takes to see a failed test. id imagine they test, retest, retest again etc to confirm and by then they had fought. but if the knowingly let jones fight just to bank the ppv buys on roids, thats absolutely a safety issue and lawsuit worthy. im sure ufc has plenty of protections in contracts regarding steroid tests and such
