I'm in my late 30's... I'm trying to get a little cut but like I said in my title, no squat, bench or deadlift.

What do you think? It's called snap fitness, it's really close to my house.

Actually I go to the park to run them hit the dip bar at the park and the pull up bar St the park lol, I got the perfect push up at home but I miss working out. I moved and the gymiis 12 miles away from me.

The gyms around me are LA fitness and they want 159 down and 29.99 a month and snap fitness who has can literally walk there. Snap fitness is 60 down and 34.99 a month.

So I've been hitting the park.

They got barbells to 100 pounds and a bunch of sissy equipment. No squat rack but a Smith machine, no Bench press but the got the barbell seat to do free weigh dead lift bar

I'm probably gonna sign up at la fitness most likely. No other real options in my area outside of YMCA and anytime fitness isn't open yet.

you don't really need a gym to get "cut", look into some bodyweight exercises
