I'll say this much, wheather he signs to AEW or not....hes got options to work in multiple companies. I dont know why people think the forbidden door was only between Impact-AEW. Keira Hogan, Bobby Fish and Lio Rush and a few others I see on multiple programmes while on AEW (MLW, NWA, GCW, NJPW Strong). More than ever brehs are independent contractors once they leave WWE and fine to move around as they like.


I think the best thing he can do is wether he signs with AEW, Impact or whatever is book his own schedule. Look forward to seeing what he can do and who he can wrestle from different promotions

Osprey, Saber, Danielson, Punk, Gresham, Josh Alexander, Okada etc, get whatever you can get at look at whatever promotion you can set it up.

I liked him in DIY getting double powerbombed by AoP. His feud with Ciampa was just too much. The drawn out "epic" matches with self defeating endings became a meme for a reason. It was the jr version of what they had Moxley/Ambrose doing. Except it went on for years it felt like. And in no way does Gargano deserve that kinda attention or push. Then Cole's run came right behind him

Like I said, search out the Takeover threads with his matches against FTR, Andrade, Ciampa part 1, and maybe the match against Cole where he won the belt.

All I have to say is that I have been very consistent with my opinion about Johnny Gargano:

Everything about Gargano is basic as fukk.

Everything about Gargano annoys me.
The scrappy underdog, never say die bullshyt.
The fact he is 4'2.
His style on the mic is obnoxious ECW-era white guy script word for word.
So of course he's gonna win the title tonight.

At some point NXT is gonna have to stop focusing on the same 6 to 8 guys so much. There are tons of wrestlers in NXT who never get any shine on these Takeovers.

I know I could be a happy motherfukker if I never saw Johnny Gargano again.
