Those UF teams were actually good and would make an interesting doc because of their on field play. The game is the game. It’s like hockey. Take away the fighting and what’s left? The f’n game that most people actually care about. This dude was just some degenerate cracker who got every benefit of the doubt that wouldn’t be afforded to anyone who looks different. And when people (and there were a lot of us in here in real time) called out all these excuses being made for this dude who had a gang of NFL talent on his team, it was posters like you and a bunch of frat ass white boys in media poo poo’ing that shyt all because of the “fukkery.” This doc pointed out a lot of that shyt we talked about. Like the media didn’t even do their fukkin due diligence to verify stories his degenerate homie was making up on the fly. Heather Dinich and Pat Forde was putting in FOIA requests on every athlete in the FSU athletic program months after that Jameis shyt got cleared but we see how he’s still talked about to this day. But we supposed to be celebrating this alcoholic POS woman beater drug head. FOH…JM is 30 yrs old and still using excuses from a decade ago to justify his actions. To the first half, it’s about what you’re going into it for though. In every sport, you have people that want a good game but also want a good show. There’s plenty of forms of football that can just give you decent ball that no one watches - it’s pretty much been the plight of every Group of 5 team up until the last decade.
To the second half, I’m gonna be honest and say I’m not one of those dudes that get consistently mad when a cracker get cracker privilege. If it’s something that’s a jackass like Elon Musk, that gets bailed out of failure by his dweeb fans or government subsidies, then yeah I’m with you. But up until the woman beating shyt, JFF was pretty much just a harmless fukk up

I’m not disagreeing with it being logically unfair that Manziel and his buddy swerved the NCAA by just putting out a bullshyt story while Cam, Jameis, Bush, etc got made monsters. I just choose to look at the NCAA as the villains there, not JFF.
That’s what makes the game interesting breh. I don’t want to watch an hour long documentary about a good ass boring player that just brought their lunch pail to work and did their job.
