I think he had some other potentially groundbreaking films left to do...

How can they do another Friday or even attempt to bring back the Boondocks. Nobody can properly fill those shoes.

All his interviews seemed like a true to life down to earth dude

There's an episode of The Wayans, where Pop's find out that Shawn & Marlon sold some boxing memorabilia that was dear to him and he goes off on them. The very few times you see Pop's truly angry on that show.
