“Udonis Haslem role”
Udonis Haslem only got the Udonis Haslem role because he was with the team for 20 years. It’s over bro.
he had a chance to do it in Houston instead he just shyt talked the organization to the point the rookies didn't respect nothing over there either

Never knew of this thread but OP’s post is a more expansive, in-depth analysis of what I brought up a couple years ago:

Baron... Francis.... Marbury.... Iverson... Rose...

They all end up the same tbh... plagued with injuries in their late 20s, washed or out the league by their very early 30s.
Stevie and Stephon were done by 30 and 31, Baron by 32. AI lasted longer but 33 and 34 were disasters.

Rose was fed up and ready to retire at 29 (CLE) but reinvented himself as a role player journeyman, became the best shooter out of all of them.

That's what Morant (23) will inevitably face. The more he improves his jump shot and sticks with the Tony Parker floater game, the better off he'll be 5-6 yrs from now.

Wall falls under that category. Hell, Russ is probably the goat explosive guard with a broke jumper, yet we’ve witnessed the last 2 struggle seasons.

With Russ tho, you don’t question his fitness. Whereas with Wall, even in that picture with Bones Hyland dude’s gut is all out. Unserious.

Still crazy this dude was in the same echelon as at least the top of tier 2 PGs, if not higher

It’s funny him and Boogie were together, bc I think they’re going to have very similar perceptions as history goes.

It’s sad, but he’s cooked. I watched him with the Clippers, he wasn’t terrible, but he didn’t do anything to warrant giving him minutes, and they desperately needed solid pg play pre James Harden. He had plenty of opportunities, he should join the Big3 if he’s not broke.
