This season was a wash anyways. Need to find better big men. Hate to say it but, I don't see Porter getting much better. His handle and foot speed is too problematic in today's NBA. Should cut losses and work on next season..

Everytime I watch a Wizards game, it's a flip of a coin and even when they get up big, you just know it's not sustainable. Coach gotta go as well.. best thing this season is Kelly Obre

Otto was playing fine in October, November, and early December. But you are right, his handle needs to work. The Wiz have no wing depth behind him and Oubre... we don't even have a competent backup SG.

Satoransky has shown promise as a defender and a guy who doesn't turn it over... he's shooting 3s at a good clip.

Early in the season is was calling for shots, hitting shots, playing defense but he had to prove his correct in some regards coming into the season but the law of averages always seems to correct things. Granted he hurt his hip, but just looking at him out there sometimes is a real head scratcher. When your backup is averages just about the same points as you and regularly out performs you, you have to take the initiative and play harder. It's a shame watching Joe Ingles looking like rookie Wall against Porter.

I don't trust Satoransky when it comes down to it. The wizards may look more team ball oriented for awhile but against tougher teams, he'll struggle. I did like when he was paired with Wall.
I think I'm just facing harsh realities knowing the wizards ain't gonna be shyt at least for another 5 years.

He wasn't playing defense. What's crazy is as David Aldridge said, he could have gotten this procedure in November. Which would have been better.

As far as the future, there's this.

He probably thought he could tough it out at the time. Hell better now than app portillos at least. If they can keep playing.500 ball, they'll be ok.

Who taking his spot ?

Who should get it? Probably Drummond as most people said. (Most deserving)

Who will get it? Probably Lou Williams (no LA player currently in game), also he is a guard and does deserve to be in the game anyway

With Wall, they should have played Sato with him... Frazier also deserved minutes over Meeks

I never understood getting your knees scoped unless there was actual damage.

Your knees are suppose to hurt, even very badly sometimes if you use them excessively as athletes are prone to do. Just rest.

Not saying this is the case for Wall, just saying.

Just tank.

Use the pick on a good, YOUNG prospect. Zero downside to it.

All this drip on me
Damn and the Wizards have a tough remaining schedule left. :damn:

Obviously Wall's impact on both sides of the court is going to pretty much torpedo the wizkids high seed playoff hopes, but the only silver lining is Kelly Oubre's growth is going to amplify. This is going to help him develop faster into the good two-way player I think he's going to become in the future. :wow:

I'm guessing that Wall's knee is hurting(other than from regular use wear and tear) and they're not sure why, so sometimes you have to do a scope just to know what's going on. They can locate and fix minor tears at the same time with a scope
