But real talk John shyts on Alfonso in every way imagineableand dare I say it....

Man on Fire is the better movie.

Better characters, didn't give a shyt about any characters in training day.

More quotables, "Creasy art is death, and he is about to paint his masterpiece":ooh:

Better story overall.

:manny:

IMO both of them died a death that I thought was stupid. Creasy had the more honorable death though.

Funny shyt though. In the novel, Dakota Fanning's character gets raped and killed while Creasy manages to kill everyone evolved in the kidnapping then fakes his death and gets a happy ending. :shaq:

In the movie, Dakota lives and Creasy gets to die? :aicmon:

Hollywood seriously pussied out there.

Never really liked 'Man On Fire', the dude was in Mexico City without even a change of clothes, taking on legions of organized crime, and was a full blown, shaky hands alcoholic weeks before. It was too much Tony Scott bullshyt, quick cuts/editing, loud action sequences. That said, the ending/Alonzo's death in 'Training Day' was pretty weak, turned what should have been an important scene into a meaningless action sequence. Should have done it in a way that would have been more surprising, plus low key, not some 'Rambo II' bullshyt.

"Man on Fire" was cool except I was :wtf: at him dying as soon as the cartel or whatever got him. Ok, what's to stop them from going after the girl now? shyt was kinda silly.

And another :wtf: at "Alfonso".
