John Singleton's 'Snowfall' Season 1 Thread

Its pretty much clear that this show is better than Power. Even the later seasons are better than any of the Power spinoffs.


However, I just rewatched the first episode a couple of days ago. And gahtdamn is there a DIFFERENCE between early Snowfall and later Snowfall. Just the vibe, gravitas, etc. Nothing seemed silly or goofy. Damson is a great actor and all, but his command/accent seemed far more natural.

Its too bad Singleton died (for obvious reasons) and for its impact on this show.

His character development alone was top notch like a turkey slow cooking in the oven for hours and hours.
