I can see that... My pops died from it at age 70. If you not taking care of yourself, it can hit you over the head. My pops dealt with a lot of episodes where he was barely conscious and responding. I remember one time I got called by my moms at like 3 in the morning cause he was slumped at the table and wouldn't respond. He never listened to the doctor, wanted to live life on his terms.
