Kudos to him for procuring the bag, but IMO his ceiling with the WWE at this point in his career is either a mid-card title or a tag title run with Miz (think it's been 5-6 years since Miz was in a tag team). Just don't see him moving into the upper tier (Lesnar, Rollins, Reigns, Owens, etc) unless he's jobbing to them.

Only knock I’ve had on him were his god awful face promos, as he’s always been a natural heel. If he’s brought back as a face, with WWE writing, he’ll look as every bit of a dweeb as Rollins did.

I don't really even remember his promos, just remember he's good in the ring. And true about Seth, natural heel, comes across awful as a face, feels. awkward.

He’s 40 so I completely understand if he got that 5 year 2.5 mil deal why he signed. That’s retirement money. I’m sure Taya will join him sooner than later, WWE loves couples.

He needs a new finish though. That Starship Pain thing... he misses that split-legged corkscrew 11 times out of 10, and its not impressive enough in the landscape of 630s and 054s to justify how bad it makes everyone look to lose to it.
Springboard knee-strike though... that I'd like to see.
