He's been going on alt-right friendly podcasts when he's not on RSBN, Fox, or some other right-wing show.
Rogan has the largest platform in the country whenever yall like it or not. His style is more conversational and less argumentative so Kamala would fit right in.

bingo. I learned a lot. both negative and positive. I didn't know who trump actually is. I know rally talking points trump, but who he actually is? no. but I saw a glimpse of his actual persona. I dont think I heard him say "nobody does blah blah better than me" once. he was normal.
Rogan has an interesting ability to make folks relax and just talk like you're having a beer, no audience, no execs, no teleprompter, no time limit, just 2 people at a bar talking. heck sometimes he brings out the whiskey lol. (obv the candidates wont, just saying). he will ask a question, if you try to weave, he will go right back to the question calmly without pressure or aggression.
