Breh does seem to have that X-factor/mamba mentality/whatever you want to call it. I just hope he doesn't get fukked over again behind that line. I remember when Palmer went down that one season when I thought the Bengals legit had the juice. And then that dumb Burfict penalty. Franchise has just found a way to bungle :scheme: things.

So? It was still his rookie season. When I think of come back or most improved it doesn’t involve #1 overall picks who have whole teams built around them.
The National Football League Comeback Player of the Year Award refers to a number of awards that are given to a National Football League (NFL) player who has shown perseverance in overcoming adversity, in the form of not being in the NFL the previous year, a severe injury, or simply poor performance.

a shredded knee fits the criteria

If you go through who has won the award in the past, a lot of players who fit what you described Burrorw, minus the second year tag.

A lot of Comeback player of the year awards have gone to a dude who was severely injured and missed time last year, but "cameback" this year.

Nah Mahomes is beloved

Player/Team Fatigue exist. It's not as fun to root for Goliath as it ever will be David. The only thing more enjoyable to sports fans than watching winners ascend is watching them get knocked off the mountain. The most hated players and teams are always those who consistently find themselves playing in championship games. People want to crown Burrow. Let Mahomes stand in the way of that and see how beloved he is afterwards. Low-key, a good chunk of the media are openly pulling for the Bengals.

Big shoutout to Isaiah Prince who went to my high school. Nick Saban wanted him bad, he called the coach and told him he'd make him a first round pick. Glad he's been able to turn his career around and is a starter on contending team.
Yes sir.

You’re right I was thinking it was like a most improved player award but it’s really just the comeback player. So doesn’t matter if you were a previous superstar or a career all pro if you have a better season the next season or come back from an injury you can get it.
