Not pushing a narrative at all, I don’t even remember posting about it in another thread, props to you for remembering though I guess. I personally prefer and have a house, half acre, 2 car garage But I understand why some prefer one over the other.

You do know in owned apartment/condo units you have to cover your own AC right? One of my boys has a condo and had to replace his inside unit and the one on the roof of the 7-8 story building. He also fully remodeled the inside and replaced toilets, so yes, sounds like an apt/condo to me. (I know you can’t own an APT, condos is what you own, his spot could be a condo he owns but it’s being reported as an APT by someone who doesn’t know better)

Plus I doubt he actually lives at the podcast spot. He probably sleeps there from time to time when he doesn’t feel like going to his crib crib whether it be a single family house or condo/penthouse type vibe elsewhere.
