Joe has always been a fan but said on his podcast that he thought views sounded uninspired and watered down compared to his other music, drake being his passive aggressive self responded on 4pm in calabasas with shots that may or may not be aimed at Joe, also there was a snippet that French put on Instagram of a song that features drake where you can hear drake reference pump it up which also sounded like it was gonna be a shot

so Joe being the mc he is who also jumps at the chance to be in some fukkery started talking on how he was fully up for trading tracks, originally he was going to wait for French to release the track to see if it was a diss or not but when it didn't come out when it was supposed to Joe said fukk it and dissed first anyway, mainly because in his words he loves the culture and wants to inspire Mc's to rap again, either way it looks good for him because he has nothing to lose from it, if he responds Joe will just fire back and kill him again, if he doesn't then Joe will be the guy who roasted drake...mainly tho it's good publicity for Joes upcoming album with Araab

He obviously heard it. After that he dropped that 4PM in Calabasas dissing Puffy also with what sounds like shots at Jay and Joey according to Budden. Drake is known for trying to diss nikkas on the slick, but you playing with somebody who ain't worried about fukking up his handlers money.

You can't black ball Joe Budden. You see Kendrick was itching to say Drake's name but he knows that will have repercussions as far as Iovine goes, Joey doesn't have to watch his mouth like these other industry cats.
