joe budden vs lloyd banks who better from a technical standpoint

When Banks first came out with the mixtapes (pre-GRODT) i thought he had potential to be one of the nicest...

he's still somewhat ill but hasn't advanced in terms of subject matter. makes the same ego centric track over and over.

at least budden includes a degree of wit in his music.

budden.

banks is overrated lyrically, and as i said before, i been fukkin with him since before his first album.

i think part of lyricism is saying something... not just stringing together multis... it's a mark against you if all of your metaphors are about how much cake you got.

budden drops meaningful metaphors and punchlines, which mean, for me, he edges it lyrically.
