Swizz is one of them dudes that has to be one of the coolest muhfukkas on the planet, in person ….its the only way I can reconcile the success and social standing of certain famous people, relative to their talent and everything else when you account for it all ….there is no rational explanation otherwise why Swizz’s acclaim is so high to where he’s in a top 5 GOAT conversation…like, he’s maybe a top 5 hip hop producer celebrity if that make sense…and that leads people to think of him as some great producer, but that’s ridiculous

Another example I always use on here is DeAndre Jordan…that nikka must be the man in the locker room, cause how is he still making NBA rosters

Ive always said Swizz must be a likeable ass person because the product dont match the acclaim.

This one sounds like he’s trying to convey the feeling of a panic attack through music.

Dude ain't even a Top 100+ producer.

He literally got on because his uncles pushed out their better producers to give Swizz a shot. And even on the 1 beat he had on X's first album, X has said a million times he didn't even like that sh*t. He got forced to work with Swizz, and then they moved him in to do most of the second album, which X said he didn't like either. So he's been forced on us the same way he was on X.

Alchemist said years ago that he likes his beats to speak for themselves when he sends them to artists, unlike Swizz who will show up to your session and almost try to convince you to take one of his beats and "jump around the room to hype the beat up" until you buy one, lol.

That ONE beat is legendary song though. Dee and Wah didn't make the world like that song. Regardless of how X felt about the song, he wasn't doing a set without that song. It's pretty much his signature song.

Swizz is higher than Top 100. Top 5 is too high, more like Top 25-30. Ya'll do too much.

And the nepotism argument is the dumbest argument of them all. They can't make millions of people like someone just because they are kin. Swizz >>>> Dame Grease. Ya'll continue to push dude over Swizz and its nearly laughable. Dame had heat, but he produced 4 songs on the worst Nas album to date. The songs are ok, but alone those beats are nothing special. He peaked in 1997-1998. Since 1999, Swizz>>>> Dame Grease.
